The Jamboxx Adaptive Music Controller is part of a suite of web-based tools designed for people with disabilities. These pages are built for educational purposes and research and are distributed at no cost. This tool is part of the broader Jamboxx Infinite project — a formal initiative designed to help people with spinal cord injuries and other disabilities experience the joy of making music.
This controller tracks your nose position using your webcam and uses head movement to play music. Multiple input methods are supported — this version starts with nose tracking.
In MIDI mode, notes are sent to your DAW via a virtual MIDI cable. We highly recommend Ableton Live, Reaper, and BandLab, along with any program that supports virtual MIDI cables.
